Negativa, ho chiesto assistenza per un sistema wireless mic levalier TW621 che non sta funzionando. Non invia il segnale ed anche la spia resta spenta. Ora, ritengo che se l'assistenza funziona essendo anche in garanzia come nuovo,il problema dovrebbe risolversi facilmente e felicemente. Vi terrò aggiornati.
